Before placing your order, please inform us if you or a person in your party has a food allergy. We are a kitchen that handles gluten, tree nuts, soy, dairy, egg, & sesame. Your order is always at risk of these allergens. Some customizations may not be possible and we cannot guarantee 100% allergen free preparation.
Do you have gluten-free items?
We can make some sandwiches on a gluten-free bun, but cannot guarantee that ingredients in your sandwich are completely gluten-free. Spreadable items like cream cheese, jams, and bound salads have a high risk due to contact between spreader with bread. We bake our mini bibingka with gluten-free flour but is baked in the same oven as our wheat products. We offer overnight oats made with gluten-free oats, fruit, chia, and oat milk.
How do you accommodate for nut allergies?
Because we handle walnuts and almond milk on a daily basis, there is always risk of cross-contamination for nuts. However, if you inform us of your allergy, we will do our best to minimize that risk using sanitation procedures. Please note that our sandwich breads are from Iggy’s Bread who handles tree nuts. Our bagels come from OMG Bagels which is a nut-free facility.
Do you accommodate for sesame allergy ?
Because we offer sesame and everything bagels, risk is always present.
Do you make items with soy?
We handle soy milk and vegetable oil that contains soy. Some items contain vegetable oil.
